new to group...beginner tracking miles -- will progress over next few months... so far this year tracking since feb 2017 -- whopping 11 miles! but this is not a lost cause..i have a plan to progressively start march with 1 mile a day.. up to 2 miles a day in april ; 3 may ; 4 june; 5 july... then possibly hold steady at 5…
