It may be hard to believe...but I am in the same boat. I have a weird relationship with food (even thou I'm not obese). It's a constant struggle. It's hard bc it is always in your face. Makes you feel good and bad at the same time after you eat it.

I lacked confidence from having 4 kids...stretch marks and plus breastfeeding them didn't help my body. But I try to see the positive (i gave birth to 4 incredible human beings and fed them with my body). It helps. See the positive through it. If you feel down, think of the good that comes with the weight loss.

Keep yourself busy. I eat my calories before 3. Because after that...I have my kids off school and I'm beyond busy...and I don't even think about food.

Biggest struggle for me??? I get my moments (mother nature is so cruel) where all I want is to eat JUNK! And I get VERY mean if I dont. So I have to control that...some men just don't understand! *cough husband cough*

I stick with a mainly vegetarian diet. My suggestion is not to focus so much on cheese...bc it will pack on the pounds. There are numerous ways to fix veggies ..look on the net for whatever recipes you are wanting. Also, find veggies you have never ate before. I tried tamarinds for the first time years ago...BOY I am…

Find out what works for you. If you can not sustain long term low carb, then dont. I count calories and eat a 98% vegetarian diet...bc that works for me...I'm definitely NOT a meat eater. But you have to find what you can stick to long term and make that a life style change.

5' 3" At:150 Goal: 130 Majority of my adult life my like I have been around 140/150. When I do get to 130 occasionally, I feel better about myself. Not too skinny and still have my womanly curves. I WILL get there again. Time, and taking care of myself...that's the key!
