When I was at my lowest years ago it was very hard to maintain so now I am getting to a weight that I feel comfortable and can maintain long term. I believe we all have that ideal weight that our bodies feel and look good at. Doesn't matter about charts etc.

I have lost 29 lbs since August and also stuck and I would like to lose another 5-10 atleast. Might have to change up my diet/exercise routine.

I have lost 27 lbs since August and as long as you track what you eat it works. You realize how many calories are in things and it really makes you think twice about that third piece of pizza or that second piece of cake. I ate what I wanted today and logged it and of course I was way over. I am okay with it because I know tomorrow will be back to my making better choices. I have to say it was not worth the feeling of fullness I feel right now but at the time it was. Lol lol

I've lost 25 pounds using mfp and it works for me. I have days where I eat all healthy and days where i have a piece of pizza or ice cream cake. As long as you keep track of what you eat it will work. I've been on this since August and I just recently started exercising.

I have also had success with MFP. I started Aug 17 and as of yesterday I have lost 25 lbs. I have about 10-15 to go. I love this app because it's so user friendly and as long as you count calories even if you eat the occasional candy etc it really works. I just recently added exercise to help with the last bit of weight.

By my first 10 I noticed now at 25lbs down other people notice.

I have a much easier time picking out clothes to wear to work and I have many more choices.

I love it also. I have lost 21.5 since August 2016 and I log everything, good and bad.
