I'm an intermittent faster (18/6) but no keto yet. I'll probably be implementing that next week though. I've been reading up on it for the last couple weeks. Sounds promising.

I've been doing this the last couple of weeks. I find that it works well for me. I don't have to worry about eating until 2 pm, I get to enjoy dinner with the family, and I run while in my fasting mode anywhere from 3 to 7 miles a day with no problems ( knock on wood). I'm currently doing this too. About a week now. I really like that I'm not hungry outside of my feast window. And it's super nice to not have to worry about hauling snacks around with me. I'm on a 18/6 window. I feast from 2pm to 8pm, and run at about 6am in the morning with no problems. :)

Just wanted to throw an update out there, for anyone else reading this later.... I've been ciggy free for 5 months now. My running times are constantly increasing, and I LOVE not being chained to a pack of smokes and lighter anymore. Thanks for those of you who threw me tips, so much appreciated!!!

I've learned that between hospitalizations, shark week, extra kidlets in the house, and 60 hour workweeks, my workouts MUST be one thing I stick to! I actually feel much better if I run through that time of the month. After a run, I usually have forgotten all about the cramps.

My rule is this: If I didn't bring it, then I don't eat it. Not because I don't trust peeps or whatever, but it's the easiest way for me to make sure I know exactly what I'm eating. I love my TomTom Spark 3...It's waterproof, and tracks almost every workout, I think. I use it for it's GPS feature for running, and have had no issues with it.

I take chewy calcium supplements. Bought them from Walgreens, they don't taste bad, and I don't have to drink milk :)

I braid mine. It's about waist length. I also use Goody spin pins if I don't feel like braiding. About three if I'm running. They work fantastic!
