  • Find a nice support bra. I went from a 38C to a 36ishB but found some great bra' s that make the girls look perky it doesn't even have to be $$ it just has to work for you. Trust me it'll make you feel better about the loss
  • Honestly I'm building my own from the recipes I find on here.
  • Start cooking at night and bring in leftovers. The recipes on here make 4-6 servings I usually have enough for lunch the next day and while they eat McDonald's I'm digging into butternut Squash and Rosemary Chicken. Mine tease too but now after sharing it's because I don't bring it in for them.

  • I have 1 kid and a full time job. My husband and I both are doing the weight loss journey so we had to carve out time for exercise. I get up early and workout before work and most of the time before our kid gets up, he does evenings while I cook dinner. The first few weeks sucked but now if I don't workout I get grumpy. It…
  • I sent you both requests. I am really lucky. My husband is on this journey with me so hopefully I can keep you motivated
  • I'm becoming more active.
  • Mother of 1 crazy little ginger snap. She's what keeps me going
  • First you're beautiful second add me on here and then we can find each other on facebook. I'm going to sound old but I don't do that snapchat stuff
  • Have you looked at the MFP blog? Crazy good and SUPER easy most of the time. Best part is for the most part easy to locate on the data base when you go to add in your calories.
  • We have a home gym. We have weights, a treadmill and weight bench. We also have a TV with Amazon prime/ Roku service up and a laptop that has body beast (first him) and T25 for me. I went to several gyms and hated them, I always felt judged and overwhelmed by the other people plus I had to fight over the TV. I'm actually…
  • I set small goals and work toward a reward. Like when I hit 135 I bought myself a new purse. Maybe it would be easier to see your success it you could visually see 60 lbs. There is a lady on here that measures her weigh loss in sticks of butter. And 60 lbs is a lot of butter. So congrats
  • I'm 5'2 and 129. I need visual reminders to sew my change I look in the mirror and don't see it. My 4 year old saw it and snapped me into aeeing it morre. Go try on a slinky black dress or something that you wouldn't have tried on in the past. If you're a girly girl go get your hair cut and styled get your make up done…
  • 32, mom of a 4 year old. The impact of what I was doing hit when she saw a picture of me from 5 years ago and she asked why I used to be fat. I'm not doing low carb but I am switching my carbs out for healthier options. If you are are trying to eat healthy and please the family check out some of the recipes MFP has. I have…
  • I am almost to my goal but would be willing to encourage you
  • You're probably gaining muscle. Weight training is great but adds muscle mass it's disheartening at first but start taking your measurements and you'll see a change there. Good luck
  • I wasn't calorie counting yet, but I was hitting the gym hard and watching what I ate. Ate the time I had no support system so dinners were eh.. then I had Lasix done and couldn't sweat for 3 weeks. ...it took a good 6 months for me to jump back on the eating healthy train. But now I'm down almost 40 pounds.
  • My husband had the same problem. Stay low on carbs high on protien. Since you're a guy you really need 1700-2000 calories a day or you'll go into starvation mode and not loose a thing. Slowly ease back. Do light cardio or something you feel comfortable with to boost metabolism. Good luck!!
