You can always rub the chicken with turmeric, Cajun type spices n try in a little oil!? the nibbles?? Go for carrot sticks or cucumber with humus dips just to change it up now n again. If you must snack, snack healthy. Good Luck !

If you're looking to lose weight you need to have a deficit of calories used/burnt over calories eaten!? If you're in a "bulking up" phase ideally you want to be replacing those calories you burn during exercise!

If your doing body weight and some resistance training you,ll gain some of the weight AND build the abs at the same time! As has been previously said you wont need to increase your calorie intake too much. Good Luck!

It sounds to me as your body has adapted to your calorie deficit!? Its the age old your body is compensating for the drop in calories! Don't start dropping further and further on your counter! Weight loss is all about burning more than your taking in yes but you need to be burning in the right way (If that makes sense???)…

Body weight squats , lunges! Use anything that comes to hand at home as a resistance weight! Edge of ya bed, sofa, chair can be used for Dips or raised Press ups! And the beauty is they can be done while ya watching the TV at home! LOL! Good Lck! You,ve come to the right place for advice n motivation!
