A calorie deficit is the only way you will lose weight! As AnvilHead pointed out Protein shakes are an ideal way to get Extra Protein into the system. The calorie counter/tracker here is a fantastic place to start to log those! Good luck!

BMI is a false number! take no notice of it! Its dictated by a formula that takes you as a 2D shape! Most Rugby players are over 30! Obese! But you wouldn't say they are unfit!? Intervals are a great way to get the scales going in a downward direction you might also want to think about Zumba or the like?

Calorie deficit to start and then look at some interval training! Use his words to spur you on! Ram them back down his throat! Good Luck!

I always use milk! The casein in it helps it release into the system slower than with water! PLUS I prefer the taste when its made with milk!

The usual Eggs n Chicken, But you might wanna try getting the natural/unflavoured powders!? You can put a scoop in smoothies n shakes! I also put a scoop of peanut butter powder in too sometimes for that extra protein boost!

as a Newbie I,d start by just using the calorie counter till you get used to that, before diving into the frightening world of macros n the like! If your looking to lose weight set a calorie deficit n continue with the exercise to meet your BMR. Good Luck!
