one meal now n again wont ruin your progress, If I see something on the menu I like? I have it! My own experience PT training tells me which is the healthier option if I need to but, If I fancy profiteroles for pud I,ll have em!

Use the MFP calorie counter to track a deficit, Workout a BMR on what exercise you are doing! Take it a step at a time! Eat whatever you want in moderation as long as we keep you in a calorie deficit you're on the right road to begin with! You can do this!

@amysteri I keep going thro fads where I stick peanut butter on everything I possibly can :P The powder is just a good way to get it into dishes without the Gloopy sludge that is spreadable stuff!

Banana, scoop of peanut butter powder, scoop of whey protein powder, Dollop of Yoghurt, Milk squib of honey! Whizz it all up! maybe even throw in some oats?? Ice or I freeze the banana just so its cold!

1200 calories a day should be your minimum aim! Any less and your potentially burning them literally standing still! If you go too low the health problems could put you back months if not years! The body will go into a panic mode if you under fuel it!

I was taught during my PT course!? If youre doing the standard bar behind your head from a squat rack? Feet about shoulder width apart toes pointing slightly outward,Bend from the hips so you shove ya bum back out the way n as you "Squat" come down dont let your knees extend over your toes! and come down till your thighs…

Squats n lunges will help with your legs n Glutes lots of abductor/adductor stretches too will help relieve the aches n pains! Arms - go with the standard Shoulder Press,Curls,Tri-cep extensions,Raises n Flyes! Thanks for the Request ;) x

BMI is a false number so ignore it! It works on the thought you 2D Some Rugby players have a BMI over 30 but they,re not obese!? Weight loss is all about getting a Calorie deficit. Do some cardio work Jog,Bike ride or get on a rowing machine n get breathless! Good Luck!
