Weight training isn't just building muscles, If you go low weight high reps and start doing "interval training" That should help with 1.5Lbs loss! Theres a section on this App that will instruct you on an advised daily calorie intake for your weight loss goals! Good Luck!

Ive always thought you need a protein in take after a workout not nesscessarily right away!? and I,ve also read a bag of Haribo is ideal to assist in the sugar levels.

Use anything around the home you can for exercise!? Even if it means doing squats carrying your toddler! Ditch the pop n start drinking water! put slices of lemon or orange in it to add taste. iys a start n its all about tiny little steps to begin with!

Start with the calorie counter and set your weight loss target n it will advise you of a daily target for those calories! Your first aim should be to create a calorie deficit! I,m afraid its true! the Lat pulldown machine is directly opposite the Low Row so You cant use it n spot in the mirror without having to look directly at them #VOM

They have been seen to.....One will get on the rowing machine the other will straddle across it n they,ll kiss everytime the "rower" slides forward!? Or they,ll just take up the Low rower weights bench n face each other ?? :s

Dropping Dumb bells/Barbells and not re-racking them after use! Then there's the couples that pet n stroke each other in front of the mirrors and the people that spend more time sat on the phone or taking selfies than they do actually working out!!

Dollop of yoghurt, splash of milk, Banana, scoop of Peanut butter powder, scoop of Whey n a squib of honey! Whizz it all together n pour into your sports beaker! nearly 600 calories n a fantastic start to the day!
