If you stick with a calorie deficit with exercise there should be no reason why you shouldn't lose weight n still have carbs!

We ALL have days like that! Push through them! it will be worth it! Change it up, keep your workout fresh and interesting? It,ll take away the monotomy n stop it becoming such a drag! They say 4 weeks before you notice a change n its then you,ll get that bug bite! Keep going Lindsey x

You can always rub the chicken with turmeric, Cajun type spices n try in a little oil!? the nibbles?? Go for carrot sticks or cucumber with humus dips just to change it up now n again. If you must snack, snack healthy. Good Luck !
