Hi all, I've been on and off MFP for years & always come back to it because it's what works for me. I also have a Fitbit and the food database on there is no way as good as MFP so it's great that you can link the two. I turn the steps bit off though because I think it gives to many extra calories which wouldn't help with weight loss. If anybody wants to share food ideas & tips, feel free to add me
