mozzarella is just not as moist when not made with whole milk. Part skim is like a rubber brick. Ok for snacking but you’re trying to cook you use regular. And I think that the Italian in me and the little kid who loves to destroy a block gradeing it.

I never learned to walk in them but my standing time in general is better. I lasted in my 2 in heals during my wedding dress fitting. I only had to sit because I was feeling faint.

That was a big part of when I lost weight in my 20s. The look how many calories I’m consuming with soda and iced tea. I also stopped eating fast food and brought lunch. Have something to eat that morning I started to faint at my fitting a few weeks ago.

Gave full cal soda and ice tea up for lent. I try to stay away from carbonated beverages because it gives me the burps.
