I went over my daily amount by some margin. But, I logged it all. And I'm going to just put it behind me and get back to it tomorrow. One day doesn't make or break this. I'm glad I genuinely feel that now.

I'm not where I want to be yet, but in the first picture I weighed 215 (I'm 5ft 2) and in the second I weighed 185. I look different, but I'm not sure it's that noticeable on my face.

I was abused as a child (I also have Tourettes and autism) and for me it has given me a lot of negative thought patterns that make it difficult to make healthy choices (lots of black and white all or nothing thinking and also a big fear that people are dangerous and may hurt me). I'm always looking for more friends. I started at 215lbs at 5 ft 2. I've lost 30lbs since joining here in August, and I took a break around December. I've still got 45lbs (I may go lower, but that's the current goal for me). So once I get there (and I will!) I will have lost 70 odd lbs.

I've gone from a 40 in men's jeans to a 36 (and from an 18 to a 16/14 (UK) in women's jeans). I can put on a pair of 34's of my boyfriends and do them up, but they're not comfy. I'm not bipolar (my mother and my housemate are though), but I do have autism & tourettes (which causes some pretty *great* OCD-style symptoms). Looking for more friends who have additional disabilities or health conditions that make healthy living more difficult.
