I was told a similar thing back then when I had much weight to lose, I still did the strength training cos I enjoyed it so much. If eating is the key to lose weight, exercise is key to preserve muscle and shape things to look good. For me at least it is like that.

Of course I go alone, most of the times I go with my mom but she's not exactly my gym buddy lol, so yeah, alone or not the important thing is that the squat rack is free :)

Several meals, someone said they don't like having 3 meals and snacks and 3 meals and 3 snacks is way simpler for me, eating like that. I said that cos I do that all the time. But I guess most people don't.

I find eating like that much simpler, but I can see why many people would. I like it cos I'm never hungry and fits my day

Hmm... I'd say chocolate but a 70%+ cacao one isn't really unhealthy , and I would eat like 1 square... ah I know! those fries from the movies! they are twisted, I eat them every..like..months :blush:

Hum, i don't see anyone saying one must eat one single thing, I think we all can do as we please and be happy about it, seems easier :neutral: EDIT I saw what the other person posted and got the memo :P sorry folks!

I used to dislike them but , we gotta be nice to our bodies, it's ok to demand from them but also to care and give'em rest, nothing like lazying around on Sunday to tackle leg day on Monday for me!!!

I had this problem, it took me about..4 months? or was it 6? but I also started lifting weights, I guess the added strength on arms/back/chest were of much help, you'll get there!!! I love push ups to bits

I skipped a night out with my friends cos 1) I was tired from gym and wanted to sleep, 2) I didn't want to drink cheap beer if I am drinking I want the good stuff 3) I didn't wanna sit around salty greasy snacks I feel absolutely fantastic about it but people don't get it

I love playing Just Dance and Gold's gym dance workout on my Wii, along with Wii sports, plus most games I play standing up.

I rest after leg day, mainly cos I'm sore! but I try to walk around at least, in the week I take 2 days "smoother", I do stuff like dancing or cardio boxing, only on Sunday I do NOTHING, well normal walking of course haha
