I fit fries on say a Saturday, not every Saturday but one. I can have some also on days I eat more carbs ( I am cycling those) :)

I wish I knew, or better, I had understood myself I can do IIFYM still minding CICO with a healthy approach and that I don't have to eat things I don't want just cos they fit xD

Hmm..a lunch got big, make the other meals small? It's what I do. Also I can't tell if you really broke the scale or not...if so buy a new one, I'll get a new one cos mine only shows 10,20,30 etc not in betweens! Best of luck!

I recommend doing a bit of research and set your own goals, if you don't feel good with a plan then you can't keep it up!!

... Hmm... CICO IIFYM Cleanish Cycling? with the natural guidelines of leading a vegan lifestyle. I don't love 100% any of them BUT combined, they are ideal for me :wink:

Used to, it led to a not so good relationship with food so no, if I will be over for some, I will be, (I workout as scheduled, though, I do try now to walk daily to create a bigger deficit, eating more would kinda work backwards so nope), not making that a habit either. Good luck.

I log but on weekends and on my birthday I did not log everything, I am usually with spare calories , worrying a lot about it stresses me and that creates cortisol which I do not want! I just try not to indulge, only on a day, a time, most of the time I can, sometimes I go over my carb count a wee bit. :blush:

weight lifting seriously 3 x week, with cardio afterwards, cardio on the other 2 days. 2 days off but I try to at least walk around some

I did it last year, it was lots of fun, I didn't quantify any form of change BUT, I had quit gym back then and eating too much junk food so I am sure it helped me to not gain so much weight

Hi, vegan here, was vegetarian for over a decade, with that little fat I can't advise to pack on them nuts and the like but whole grain cereals, tofu and legumes should get you going, I do drink a protein shake with a tbsp. of chia seeds after my weight lifting sessions.

Well, I personally don't like it much either, so I do other things like burpees, a HIIT workout. I really don't like doing stuff I hate cos life is too short. Lifting weights though.. I love that.
