I have tried it, along with hard work and keeping an eye on my food, so I can't tell you if it's good on it's own or it's good in combination with those 2 things or if it doesn't do anything at all. I was doing crossfit at the time I tried, I was so lean!! :P best of luck

How can you re-define your relationship with food by eating only one type of food ? PS I am vegan and I just feel this odd sensation reading stuff like this, no wonder some people give me weird looks before I even say anything >_<

I like potatoes but with some salt at least. I'd get bored to death after day 2 I'm sure. And only cos I really like them but I'd add salt and then the "diet" would be ruined :expressionless:

Hmmm it can get challenging without exceeding my macros , well specifically carbs. What is all this about calories only being controlled through food? you can perfectly well create your deficit with the food AND exercise. If you effectively burn 250 calories working out and have a deficit of 250 in your food intake, there's your 500 calories deficit.

Few things I love as much as my protein shake with strawberries after working out, cos I'm all worn out and it really brings me back to life, now if it does have an impact or not, there are many studies about it, I don't know, don't care, it just feels good and I hit my protein goal for the day ;)

I recommend no working out at all unless you are gonna be eating, the whole plan is too extreme, I know sometimes we get desperate and want things to work faster but this is not the way nor the liquid diet not the 1000 cals! diet, please refrain from such plans and try other ways

I yesterday used my gym's scale, it's supposed to give body fat % , but the reading was really odd, my trainer was unconvinced so we are going to check the fat level with the caliper and measurement tape tomorrow. Weigh was the same as last time though. But I'm on recomp so I guess that's normal...
