How low do you go? I stayed with lower weight to go a bit lower than parallel and I def feel it when going up ( I know biomechanics play a part on this kind of things ) I am also 130 lbs.. I think, and my lift is 130 lbs too.

It must be an American thing to create such a big thing about this , Easy Mac thing, if the guy likes that then let him, some of us track macros and some don't, some prefer other sort of foods, as long as we have at least minimum nutrition I think each person should approach their path as they see fit? :)

I love my Google fit but I unlinked it to MFP because it also gave me loads and loads of calories, the stationary bike and dancing may be kinda ok but the steps, well, hardly go over 5k anyway..ahm my point is, I get too confused by sooo many calories earned according to MFP,so I had to unlink but I am getting a fitness…

As above and well, it really depends on how the fat works for you, the first place I shed fat from when I lose fat ( not weight, but fat ) is my back, my arms look bigger for a bit longer but eventually they lean out, still never got bigger than half an inch lol so, good luck!

Hi, it's pretty hard to do it, since to measure those calories accurately you'd need..I don't know what, but a HRM won't do it, I just don't log it and write it down instead with weight used to check my progress.

I LOVE craft beer and I am not leaving it, I do have less, only on some days and watch closely anything else I eat that day. Junk food can go to hell but not my precious craft beer!!! Certainly not on weekdays cos I read that it slows down fat oxidation, so yeah, tomorrow I'll have few yay!

I prefer to eat 4-6 meals cos then I'm never hungry, I dunno if it aids the metabolism or not, there's opinions about that, and I do not care honestly, I am just happy I don't get hungry at all! :blush: Maybe it works for some people and not for others :)

I don't eat them back, I see it as a better way to create a deficit, then again, if my goal is 2000 calories, and I truthfully exercised for 500... maybe I'd eat 2100, no more, kinda feels like a waste for me.
