Tuna sub with mustard and onions. Breath is awesome after that combo. Chips inside my sandwiches, I love the crunch Ketchup on eggs, any preparation. I used to dip my chips in ketchup. And when I was a kid we would go to Canada to buy ketchup chips. They were sold in the us for a short while a few years ago, but I haven't…

@Fyreside we changed some spark plugs and coil packs, but still having issues. Neither my brother or I know much about cars, so it was an interesting experience and took MUCH longer than it should have. I think I may have to bite the bullet and see a mechanic. Boo. Sorry about your finger!

Today was stressful as I spent most of the afternoon trying to figure out how to fix my car. Sometimes I miss living in the city and being able to take public transit. Ugh. Anyhow, stress=eating more chocolate than I should have. I made dinner a little lighter to make the sweets fit in my calorie budget, so it worked out.…

I FELT a difference within a couple weeks, just from putting less crap in my body. I could feel a slight change in clothing by 4-5 weeks. I'm 3 months in and other people are now starting to comment, and I just went clothes shopping in my own closet-things fit that haven't in years! I'm 42 pounds down, 126 to go!
-
Great job! I just hit the 3 month mark and weighed in 42 pounds lighter than before! I'm also just loosely sticking to an IF schedule, counting calories and still eating what I want (just less of it!). Can't wait to see the continued progress!

40 pounds down in 90 days

I haven't been diagnosed (I never go to doctor), but I VERY strongly believe I have it. My periods are erratic and I used to never know when they were coming, but eventually I noticed I get severely depressed 2 weeks before I start. Realizing this has helped me greatly-I know now that when the depression hits me like a bus…

I would set to sedentary and then add in the exercise calories from your 2 hour walks.
-
I set my mfp activity level to sedentary and I link my step counter to mfp to give me more calories for the day. This is helpful because some days I walk drastically less than others, so my daily calorie needs are different.

Taco Bell chicken Power Menu Burrito is my current fav at $4 for 450 calories and 26g protein. That includes the cheese and sour cream, too, because this girl can't do fresco!
-
I use a gear s3 to track my steps through Samsung health, and I set it to sync with my mfp account to give me more calories. I have my activity level set at sedentary because on days I work, I get about 12-14,000 steps vs my days off when I'm lucky to get 5000. I eat back 25-50% of the exercise calories I get from steps.…

I've known several people over the years who underwent the surgery, but ended up gaining back the weight(or much of it)because of going right back to old eating habits. One friend had it done about 2 years ago and while she lost over half of herself, she has had persistent problems with dehydration and malnutrition, even…

I have a MAJOR sweet tooth and am a night time snacker. I am fighting this two ways: 1.saving enough calories for the end of the day so I can snack guilt-free or 2.drinking flavored waters-this has successfully helped me kick my 2 liter a day soda habit and the sweet flavors trick me into thinking I'm having something more…
