I just weighed in.. I've been weighing in on Sunday mornings before I do my long run... It doesn't really matter which day of the week you weigh in as long as you keep it consistent. It's not like that junk you ate yesterday is going to immediately show up on the scale anyway.

I did consider the Bridge to 10K program but I have a limited time frame I'm working in.. I need to be able to do 10 miles up hill lol.. by the end of June for a Tough Mudder event.. so I decided I would just go for the 1/2 training. If I had more time I would definitely be doing the Bridge.

I LOVE the scanner on the phone.. I use that as I am going about my day and before I stick food in my mouth. It helps me avoid that "OH ****! I didn't know that's how unhealthy that was.." feeling..

I'm a radiology technologist.. I take x-rays like most people think but I also go up into the OR and work a C-arm (uses x-rays), work with fluoroscopy (which we can use to watch you drink barium as a "live picture" among other things), and when I'm not busy I'm reading my kindle :) Love my job hate my commute.
