Thanks everyone for the great advices. I do log everything I eat, even if I go over I still do. I will try to recharge and start over.

I hear you, after a vacation or a social gathering I feel it is very hard to get back to eating healthy. And it is definitely very hard to re-lose any regained pounds

Bad habits like eating sweets, junk food, drinking soda. I don't do it as often as before, but I feel it is slowly creeping back on me.

I was 240 lb and size 22. Now I am 185-187 lbs and size 14.

I count calories religiously and I walk/ jogging 7 days a week. I follow MFP calorie allowance, and allow myself one day to go over.

I really do feel very good, and I have a lot of energy to do things I wouldn't even think I can do before.

I took it for 2 month, and helped me to lose 30 pounds. I stopped taking it for two month, and I lost 12 pounds. So I am back on it again for a month now, and I am down 10 pounds. Great job, I have almost similar results as yours. I am 5 .7" and I started July 30. As for today I lost 41 lb. I need to lose 29 more to reach my initial goal and see after that what I will decide to do. Congratulations on your success.
