  • If you have some room to move around in your hotel room, download Nike Training Club app. Lots of no-equipment exercises to choose from, and you can filter based on intensity, length of time, your fitness level (beginner to advanced) etc. Since downloading that app, "no gym" is not an excuse for me anymore. :)
