They may shrink a bit depending on how much they grew when you gained. I'm still figuring this out. :/

I'm still curious how many calories in cheesy nachos? Maybe you can learn to enjoy less of it :) so it fits in your calories budget, good luck!

Interesting responses and approaches.

Lol, make it work girl!

How many calories in cheesy nachos? If it were up to me I'd find something that tastes closer to what you're looking for. is there salad that's close to cheesy nachos? Cheesy salad? I used to think that to lose weight meant eating salads (so I never tried to lose weight since salads aren't appealing to me). Apparently you…

Yes that sucks big time! I've been "congratulated" for being pregnant when not pregnant ...Apparently a combination of bloating and fat stomach. :/

Although I'm not yet sure about that nice drop after, maybe in a few more days will see what happens :/

Yes apparently there's a stall before menses and a nice drop after, one of the perhaps "nicer" things around that time to look forward to :)

All very good points, for now it looks like keep counting calories to lose weight & hopefully find happy middle to honor the feeling of real hunger (maybe allowing a teensy bit of hunger some of the time, & learning to stop before fullness or discomfort most of the time if not always, &decent portions &schedules or meal…

Great to learn !! Great to learn this, thanks!

I was pleasantly surprised to find calories of the weighed version was lower than the calories in the spoonfuls I'd been using! Calorie savings!!! :)

Great job on restaurant brunch! Maybe with more practice your internal hunger scale will get back (maybe it's just a muscle that you weren't using for a while and now you've retrained it)!
-
Great progress! Sounds like you're more mindful about eating! 50 pounds is a great achievement and to keep them of two years plus is wonderful, thanks for sharing!
-
That's great you're making hunger cues work for you! 30 pounds is amaxing!! The hunger scale was on an mfp blog not sure whether it's a universal concept? It was a fun read :)
-
Great job, thanks for sharing. 6 months maintain sounds like you're doing really well :)

Agreed I too thought "diet" meant something unpleasant like starving, but like you I agree it's been surprisingly pleasant (using mfp&counting calories) so far.

Great points, thanks!

[quote="aliem;38161471"I pace around my living room in front of a TV.[/quote] This is a great idea, I'll have to try this out instead of sitting lazily! Do you log pacing as walking?

Do lower calorie beers help, if there are such?

There are some entries in mfp database for things like tacos. I've used those when I get tacos from this little whole in the wall. It's just guessing. If the foods are similar to Chipotle foods you could try to rebuild your plate from the Chipotle entries, that may (or not) be helpful.

Are you are struggling with lack of motivation to workout? What is definition of workout for you? Are there things you like to do that you find fun that get you moving? Chasing or hitting balls? What did you like as a kid? Do you like those things still? Do you like walking or swimming? Roller skates? Roller blades? Ice…

Are those like the ones trader Joes has (crunchy paper thin crispy seaweed)? I haven't had them recently but I don't remember the smell.

Are you in a healthy weight range for your height and do you have no other health issues? If it's just a question of how you look, is it your personal standard for yourself or influenced by images in the media or other messages? Are you conflicted about looking a certain way due to external influence but internally not…

Did you find a group? I'd be interested to hear about it, thanks!

There's a hunger scale in one of the mfp bligs, I can't find it now. It's really useful. If you were just full and not uncomfortable, no need to worry.

BMI is probably just a guide at best. I was always healthy in "overweight" BMI, and only used BMI as a guide to quickly shift back to overweight when it crossed to obese :) In the end I really do think an individual will know what is best for that particular individual.

have you tried freezing homemade bread?

Would definitely agree to use common sense & what works for you, and do what makes you not overeat.
