Is this math for weight loss correct?
If I'm not as hungry on some days in a month (say 5 days), & eat the minimum 1200 calories for females (instead of 1600 that mfp says I should eat) can I eat more calories on 5 days in the month and still lose weight? If I eat 2000 (1600+400) calories on those 5 days, do they balance out the 5 days of 1200 calories?…

Lower calorie pasta?
Anone have any tips? My body tells me it needs at least two servings of everything especially pasta (400 calories pasta only) ;) . Is it possible to get lower calorie pastas in general?
