yes ive only lost 7lbs so far and I've gone down 3" on my back and half a cup size down already. I'm a 36 ff but now need a 34 ff and my idea goal is 30 dd.

yes if you eat before exercise your body will burn the food for energy. if you exercise on an empty stomach your body will burn fat for energy.

i can't eat breakfast. the earliest I can eat is 11am.snack on blueberries they give you energy

always have a smoothie or green juice for breakfast

i can't eat in the morning. i have my coffee and pint of water then go to the gym. get home around 11 then have my smoothie. lunch around 3pm. sometimes i only eat twice with healthy snacks inbetween.
