Just keep doing what you're doing! No pop less sugars make you feel better in General. That's how I started my journey. I'm at 266 and my goal is 200. You can totally do this! I was at 299 at the start of my journey. I'm at 266 as of today. And recently started working harder towards my goal. :) good luck
