Got 1.85 miles in this morning on the dreadmill.

I try to Buy items that are pre-measured (like turkey meat for sandwiches which come 16 slices in a pound package). If not I measure them (scale or volume) most of the time. Then I guessimate the size.

1. I was proud that I dropped 140 pounds to get back to my college wrestling weight. 2. short term Goals, get back to a weight where I can ride a Segway and go ziplining 3. Make LifeTime at WW so that I can do the activities and be qable to buy clothes in a "regular" store.

Maybe try using a Heart Rate monitor. Instead of just guessing whether you were causal moderate etc. Your HR level is a better barometer of how much work your body is doing. Since I was going back to basics again. Walking was the way that I started WW 5 years ago. This year has been injury wrought. Going to the new gym (after the last one went out of business) this morning for the first time in 3 months I walked 1.3 miles on the dread mill. I plan to walk until my knees are ready for more.
