Long term problem: Tracking and recovery. I can track my eating several days in a row. But then I miss a day it is a challenge to get back into it. What I am doing about it: I have committed to myself to do 6 days a week. It forces me to have those records so my weight loss coach can review them.

The best cure to this is prevention. Since starting WW my diet is better balanced nutrionally. I also do airborne as a preventative action three times a week.
