If for some reason you are unable to weigh the food that you are now consuming, opt to decreasing the portion size. Start the meal by getting rid of a part of your regular portion (maybe half of it) and then sitting down to eat the rest. If what you were eating was maintaining you at the same weight, getting rid of half of…

I'm 5 ft 2. I lost about 20 lb over 3 months and currently trying to lose more (maybe 8 or 10 lb) I am planning to let my body shape and fat distribution guide me. I also would love to build some muscle but I haven't started that journey yet.

Oh and btw thinking about it (thinking in terms of lbs instead of kgs lol) it's actually the exact same story here. I gained 4 lb in May after a short vacation in London and I only started to work on losing the weight a week ago. Before that I was simply eating at my previous maintenance and I of course didn't lose the…

If the difference in maintenance calories between 155 and 151 lb is very small, it is going to take you a long time to lose the weight eating the maintenance for…

Hi Ana, I would try to start by reducing the portion size. I read one post here that said immediately after you buy your treat, break it into two halves and throw one half in the bin (or if you can donate it quickly) and take the rest of it to be eaten slowly and mindfully. Other ideas maybe use sweeteners and cook your…

I am 5ft2 (157 cm) and currently weigh 108 lb (49 kg) with 20% fat, so a lot of fat around belly and other unsightly areas. I am hoping to lose about 4-5 kg and observe to see what my belly does. I will also be watching my face and boobs because they seemed to start to suffer the last time I tried to lower my body fat…
