I'm 47 and looking for motivation, I feel off the wagon very hard! I was afraid to get on the scale after the holiday weekend. But I will tomorrow! I'm in menopause and wow didn't think it would be so hard to loose weight, but I'm not giving up!

Yes! I'm not tracking food, just clean eating but will be logging water, exercise and weight. Have about 15 to loose and I really need to tone up as well. Good luck everyone!
