Tips... Prop phone against water jug. If you want to keep your sound and have android. The only one that has worked was snapchat. If you have apple, I think you can use the video camera using some super secret tip! Don't wait so long!

This is a summary of my last 4 weeks on the RYSE app. I was using bodyspace but it seems to have died. Ignore the PRs... All the initial lifts were PRs until I started repeating them. 😊 I'm pretty proud of the weight moved, the distance traveled, and the total time. 😁

Screwed up my lifts and ended up accidentally lifting heavier than intended*. The surprise of the weight threw me off, but I got it done. If you ask my physiotherapist he would maintain that this is the safest way to bench because full ROM in a bench press is hard on the rotator cuff. No matter how you do an exercise, someone is going to cheer it and someone will criticise it. Lol Just keep being your awesome self! And post vids! Haha
