Dad bods come in all shapes and sizes and they all hold different appeal to others. Some are crazy for the ultra lean and muscly, some prefer the strong but fluffy types. Rock the bod you have and be proud of it! Great work gents!

What is sad is that MANY of the people moving over to Lose It are jumping onto the $15 "startup premium deal" right off the bat. Think of all those people who would have been willing to pay the same $15 to invest in MFP to keep with the app we love.

Been feeling meh the last week due to my knee acting up. Seems to be a bit better today (just in time for ball). But then my May recap was ready from Ryse, and it made me feel pretty good about what I was able to accomplish... It's a cool, free, app for tracking workouts, and I like the stats.

Seems to me that the problem is that MFP has too many free users using free features. While I'm sure some people in the company feel less than good about pissing so many people off, what does it matter if users leave if they never paid in the first place? Thank you! Gotta dream big, right? I remember when I set the 300 deadlift goal, I never thought I'd get it, and once I hit it, within a few months I was at 315... so maybe it's doable? Sadly my bodyweight is still close to 200, so I won't be benching body weight any time soon. :neutral: :laugh:

Did an upper body only workout last night. Second week of slo-pitch... We played last night and tonight. I noticed tonight that my knee is swollen, even though its not hurting, nor do I remember hurting it. The news feed is where you see status updates only from people on your friends list. You are able to comment on them or go to their wall to leave a comment.
