Yes I understand completely.. I started writing down the things I was eating as I ate and looking up the calories and was horrified. What also motivated me was the fact that my child and some of my clients are runners and can just bolt at a moment's notice. How can I stop them from running into a street if I can't keep up…

Coupons, coupons, COUPONS!! I can't stress that enough. I went through the same thing a few years ago, and yes I looked like a crazy coupon lady, but I'll be damned if I didn't get every discount I could. Buy frozen foods as much as possible and stick to fresh foods that keep for a while.
