It doesn't hurt much when seated if that provides any more information. I hope it isn't anything related to this WOE. Hate for a doctor visit and them say it is dietary or closely related. I fasted last week. Ate supper Wednesday night. Didn't eat supper again until Thursday night. 24 hours. I actually got my daily goal 12,000 steps in that day also. I didn't get hungry. I was thinking about doing it once a week. Not sure if I could.

Logging keeps me honest. I would eat the house and more if I didn't track my macros.

I have looked it up a million ways. One says 16 protein and 40 grams of fat and another has those values reversed. Well almost.

Kind of works differently for me. I don't feel satiated while eating. I stop with the meal that I am eating. Then, after eating, I say stop. I wait and say to myself, "Are you satiated?" I could eat way more sometimes, but I don't.

Any of the YouTube videos that are good using dumbbells for lifting. I would love to get some strength training in also. Ideas?

Oh not in that sort of way. I mean I would love to show him the labs when they come back provided they are good lol. We are longtime friends. Not that kind of guy, he just thinks the bacon, the fat, etc. is bad for you. We will see in November.

I read there were a couple of people maybe more that do some good YouTube fitness videos for free. I am in the same boat. Biggest loser contest is over. Now it is time to eat right and add in some exercise.

Yes for sure. The wife made this fat bomb recipe... her own creation actually. Crazy good ones. I usually have one every other day. Today, I are four of them. Not all at one time but still.

Just want to get fit. I used to lift while in college. I will never be a cover model. I have a major gut I want to get rid of. Just fit with more leaning towards the strength/brawn side of things. I am wide shouldered. Thanks.

Well, I made it with no problem. Had chicken thighs for supper last night with a little asparagus and cauliflower. Scale was down to 230.6 this morning but that is totally nude and as soon as I got up. Don't think it will transfer at weigh-in because of clothes.

Well today marks roughly 6 weeks. Dropped about 24 pounds. Goal is 12,000 steps a day. Still reading, learning, and researching. Blood pressure was down last time I checked it. Doctor appointment on November 22 to check panels and stuff. Really like the way I feel: no bloating, not being totally lazy after a meal, etc.…
