Wow, totally different from what I have read or seen. I was eating pretty high fat and low carb last year and the weight peeled off at record pace. I haven't logged in awhile, true, but I have better entries of what I ate listed in October-November of last year or thereabouts. Very mixed up now.

Man, yesterday, I was awful. Not really cravings. Just snacking after work. It was all keto, but still. I ate two beef sticks, half a bag of pork rinds, two fat bombs, and a keto chocolate chip cookie. This morning, I weighed a pound less. Go figure... Hope today isn't a repeat.

My step-grandfather swears by his apple cider vinegar and honey mixture. He has been taking it for years. Helps with joints and other things. I did it also until I started this WOE. Now, I down almost a half a cup of apple cider vinegar a day.

No other symptoms so far. Drove to store with wife. Not dizzy. Just hazy kinda. Maybe slight hangover. That is only thing in diet that has changed. Had a swallow or two of bourbon around thanksgiving. Lost taste for it. So last night was first I have drank since starting this woe.
