Does anyone make any homemade drinks or mixtures they drink on a regular basis? Like anything with Apple cider vinegar? A friend of mine is making kombucha. Any ideas?

If I feel like getting fancy, I just throw things into a jug of water like lemon, lime, cucumber, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, mint, ginger. Never made kombucha though, nor do I drink vinegar, however, I do have some raspberry vinegar that's really good in sparkling water (but there's clearly too much sugar in it as it jacks up my blood glucose, it's from some small batch company with no nutritional info or ingredients provided).

My step-grandfather swears by his apple cider vinegar and honey mixture. He has been taking it for years. Helps with joints and other things. I did it also until I started this WOE. Now, I down almost a half a cup of apple cider vinegar a day.

When I take ACV I just add some water and salt and take it as a shot. Not as something to drink.

I mostly drink coffee, tea and sparkling water. If I'm in the mood for something else I like the stevia sweetened water flavorings or I'll add some lemon, lime or other fruit to the water. I do that more in the summer it seems.
