  • Don't workout hardcore that amount of time. Trust me. You will mess up your body. It's never really talked about, but there's a too much with exercise and there is exercise addiction.   • I just started 7 days ago but I am proud that I walked about 15 miles this week plus swimming and weight lifting. Stayed within my calories or under. I managed to keep going when joints were being stupid. And I walked away from really yummy chocolate brownies. Small things but happy nonetheless.
  • Add me. I'm 42. Looking to lose at least 30 pounds (that would be the high end of healthy weight for me). With joint issues (no pounding) and Crohn's (which restricts foods like nuts seeds and most raw fruits and veggies). I could really use encouragement. And I'd love to give support too.
