Karb Kween: pregnancy is said to use 300 more calories daily . . . But keep in mind that is for supporting a full-term baby at the end. Breastfeeding exclusively uses 500 calories daily.

I lost 50 pounds in the prior year and am now pregnant with #6. I still had 15 pounds to lose, and am now trying to use MFP to gain reasonably instead of way too much. We shall see how it goes!
