Motivation fades, it’s really discipline that will get you through! Take it one day at a time. Focus on what you need to do for today, every day and you will stick to your routine. As for working out I tried to get excited about how I will feel after exercise. Like “wow I’m actually going to lose the weight this year“ LOL

What helps me is cleaning my teeth immediately after my last meal/snack for the night. I brush and use mouthwash twice a day, then floss once at night and I refuse to do it twice in a row lol Do you think it would help you (along with the other tips) to clean your teeth just before your shows start?

For example like the one I did today everything was made very basic. I did like “half crunches” so I didn’t pull up all the way, a plank on my knees instead of toes, and reverse crunches. I like that tip, though! So if the app overestimates regular exercise, I think it’s safe for me to cut the basic stuff down to 25-30%.…

I see there are a lot of replies already, but if possible I'd like to join, too! I'm 5'1" and 153lbs. I want to get down to 110 so I have to lose 40 lbs.
