I agree - Starting is the hardest part, or really deciding that you will not quit is perhaps even harder. Its so easy to throw in the towel after feeling defeated. But just keep on trying, eventually it will stick! You are stronger than you think, and that goal of yours is definitely attainable! :)

That's good advice from Tiny_Dancer - I would do that too...check what the BMI (Body Mass Index) is for your height, and go from there.

My Husband put a potato in my lunch...uncooked, lol. I guess its his way of inspiring me to eat more vegetables, lol! and probably to make it seem like I had more things in my lunch bag, than I actually had! hahaah

I'm 42, and I never realized how easy it is for weight to just creep up and surprise you! Easy to put on, so hard to get off, and hard to find the time to meal plan, exercise, all without starving, or having to start over several time. Looking forward to talking to some people about their weight loss journeys.
