I'm 6 weeks in now but the scales haven't moved, but I've lost 27cm now from all over and I can see a difference in my body, I'm working out 5-6 times a week, trying not to get hung up on what the scales say, still have about 14lbs I'd like to lose x

Thank you no it wasn't a cheat day, I went for a Chinese buffet for my sisters birthday and had a couple of small plates but I couldn't work out how to log it accurately so I just guessed. I do have food scales, I'll definitely be more vigilant in using them. I didn't think there would be much difference in bananas etc but…

I've opened my diary and I'm not sure if I should be doing anything other than weighing, measuring or scanning items in order to measure my calories?

Sorry guys I mean the whole thing, I work out 4-5 times a week, and I'm logging everything I eat, even if it's not a healthy choice, but the scale hasn't moved in 6 weeks, it's stayed exactly the same, so I'm wondering if there's something I can do to change that, or whether that's par for the course after starting to…
