Oh boy. My last remaining vice is a Milky Way. I'm in. I'm going to try and not have a MW until next Monday. I will be very happy if this works. :-)

I'm here. February plan is renewed fitness and nutrition. I love the spreadsheet because when it updated it told me I was 15% to my goal in January. Huge for me. New way to look at things for me --- as a percent to goal. VERY MOTIVATING! Thank you to the leader of this challenge.

My goal was 12 lbs by Christmas and I hit 13.8 this morning. Great challenge. :-) Setting a new goal of 6 lbs down by Jan. 2-3rd.

Heading into heavy socializing this week - 4 things this week. I'm less than 1 pound from my Christmas challenge goal. Another goal in my mind is another 7 lbs. by Jan. 2. Not super realistic but something to think about.

Hanging on. Just a few pounds away from this short term goal. Down 8.1 since challenge started. Goal was to lose 12, so 3.9 to go.

For just about 90 days I've been at about 1000 calories 80% of them time and somewhere between 1000-1200 probably 18% of the time and I've had 2-3 days in the high 1700 days so 2%ish in the high 17s. My doc has me work strictly on keeping my diet to 100 carbs a day. I'm working on managing the holidays. It's going to be a…

Mostly lurking but still here. I'd like to lose 14 lbs. by Jan. 1st. I've lost 34 since August. I struggle with sugar and carb cravings badly.
