I'm a newbie, but I'm in too. I need the check in. SW = CW: 302lbs. (I started 1st September) GW: 250lbs for starters. Goals this month: Get my daily steps up to 10,000, no matter the weather. Track food EVERY day (especially the tough ones) as accurately as possible. Go to the gym twice a week, every week. Stay positive.

Day 2 (Sept 3) 8735 steps, 3.3 miles (inc hills), 80 mins. 2 walks: one with a friend, one sneaky bonus walk with the dog. Happy I made 3 miles+ today.

I'm in. My first challenge here, so I'll aim to finish the month on 5 miles / day. Probably closer to 3m/day to start.
