I did for like one day. It subsides, if you do make sure to stick with it. It'll pass, just a readjustment for your body. 100 grams of carbs is a lot! You seem like you are at a good weight... Are you shooting for something particular?

I seriously hope you have success, remember sugar can throw you out of ketosis. Make sure you don't eat too much protein as well, your body will turn it into sugar. Good luck!

I have bacon/eggs most mornings with black coffee. Usually have a light salad or cheese/Italian cured meats (no sugar of course). Then I try to have an early dinner with 23% fat burgers wrapped in lettuce with cheese. Not my everyday plan but it gives you an idea. Hope that helps.
