My fav is 1 cup frozen raspberries, 1/2 cup chocolate almond milk and 1 scoop of chocolate whey protein powder. Tastes like a chocolate raspberry milkshake. My dietitian advised a non-milk, non-soy diet thus the whey and almond milk.
