I can get back in some clothes that were not fitting me since my last pregnancy. Oh and I kicked the butt of the first 20 min run of c25K! Actually it kicked mine too, but I made it throught!

2.8 lbs for week 1! This is my highest loss since beginning MFP! ETA: Just added myself to the spreadsheet, since I weight on friday this will be my challenge start weight! See you on friday, week 1 lol

I am doing c25k right now. I had already started in the past and quit because it was killing me. This time I run waaaayyy slower and I enjoy it, actually look forward to my runs. I am on week 4 now and I can already see my speed naturally increasing. (I run on a treadmill btw)

There is just no way this is accurate IMO, I did have a quick run today, but before getting the tracker I would just log like 150-200 for running 30 mins and I was losing just fine. I am afraid this will be too much calories and will mess up my thing. I guess I will stick to what works for now, still appreciate the input…

Hi there! I fit right in this, I'm a mom of a 3 year old girl and a 1 year old boy. Since my last pregnancy I am the heaviest I have ever been at 235, I wanted to lose 85 lbs, 82 to go! I want to go back to a more active lifestyle to be an example for my kids. So going to need the support! :)
