Good luck to you the I still have a little way to go but somethings that helped me was to be patient with my body and of course eat clean then working out like taking walks with the baby then ofcourse gym at least 2 -3 Time’s a week and doing weights as well. Anyways good luck and congrats

I feel the need to binge after I detox. Ironically I detox because of binging. I think getting to the point of just eliminating "bad" food for good is just something that will take time. As long as you stay aware of your body and the way the food affects you , you'll be ok . Good luck this is something I'm working on too.

No I used to go to the gym right after work without eating before I went in and I was so exhausted. I can't imagine how it would feel in the morning.... no for me ,at least a piece of fruit and oj.

I would say do a cheat day after you've reached ur goal. Doing cheat days while working towards goal weight is just setting yourself back. If you do have a slip up then you might start to keep eating cheat day foods and fall back into bad habits . It's easier to control the eating habits after you've reached your goal and…

Oh I joined lifetime fitness and left golds gym it has more options like basketball court , pool, rock climbing and steam room and it's open 24 hrs.

Try a reward for everyday you accomplish a goal. Set daily goals .

Gym the atmosphere is good and I'm in a apartment way more space and more equipment. I can do yoga at home but anything else gym is my choice
