I would love to jump in on this challenge! A little worried with my birthday (I'll be 44) and my son's 16th birthday next week but I'm hoping this will help keep me focused. I am starting this tonight...No late night snacking after 8pm except for cucumbers and carrots when I am actually hungry!

Please add me as well! 42 years old from Canada with 11 year old twins and a 14 year old. Work all day and send most evenings sitting watching the kids in all their sports and activities...At least they are in good shape!

I am always shocked at how much better I feel after exercising. My anxiety/depression can make me not want to exercise but if I can force myself to do it then life is so much easier!

I'm in as well (after a terrible evening of snacking). It's the only thing that gets in my way of weight loss so I really need to be done with it. Me: 0 LNS: 1 I will definitely do better tomorrow!

I'd love to join this challenge, I'd be in great shape if it wasn't for my late night snacking. I'm determined not to eat after 8pm!

Please add me in, I'd love to join!

I used to get my husband to do bathtime or bedtime when the kids were little and I would use that time to exercise. Eat as simple as you can to save on prep time. Always cook double. It is great that you are looking at ways to be healthier, take little steps. You can do it!
