so yeah first week on the diet this go round and i have to change my answer. i just excersized and burned extra calories, and then i enjoyed personal pan pizzas and quarter pounders. i lost 9lbs.

I'll get them when I'm in my 60s but at 26 I'll just bite the bullet and spend a week feeling like death because i caught the flu. If it was free then I'd get it now.

Put on some music and walk for 15 minutes (or an hour if your back can stand that already. If not, build up to an hour). Then eat back what calories you burn on the walk, on top of your daily goal.

Looks like MFP didn't post what I wrote... weird What you want to be is body+ ie loving your body even if you want to change parts about it. HAES is a dangerous and fanatical organization where they say doctors are liars conspiring against them and that morbid obesity does not have any negative health effects.

The Halo top pints of ice cream. One pint (that's an entire small container of icecream) is 240-280 (280=70 cal per serving) calories! It doesn't taste exactly the same as regular ice cream but it's still good. I first saw them on /r/1200isplenty and tried it today for the first time.

MY job consists of me sitting on my bed working on my laptop. So the average person gets 10k steps in before their workout. It's a lot easier to avoid temptation that way, and the above is one of the few things that will actually keep me full in between meals.
