Wow I imagine your body is going through such a change! No wonder you've shocked it a bit :) Congratulations and best of luck to you. I've also struggled with stopping the weight loss before I'm "done" and planning to do things differently this time.

Hello! Are you drinking enough water and eating enough fat? I find those things both help me. In the past, kombucha has also been super helpful :)

The best food/health documentary I have seen lately is Michael Pollan's In Defense of Food. It's EXCELLENT. I also had to turn off What the Health for the propaganda aspect, and I am a believer in eating less animal foods.

I would not log all the sugar because it is consumed in the fermentation. Such a good question! At best, anything without proper testing is going to be a guess.
