We’ve all been there. Hope you don’t give up on yourself. So much great advice on here I can really only add my agreement and say hey - me too! What really matters is not giving up on yourself. Make small changes as you feel ready and just try to stick with them.

Happy hump day. Today I tried edamame pasta along with zucchini noodles to hold up my homemade ground chicken spaghetti sauce. The pasta was very good and it is high in fibre and protein! 🙌🏻
